Shipping Costs

You have chosen a high-quality product from our company? All shipments are free of charge for orders of 249 € or more within Germany. For orders to Austria, shipping costs are 4.95 € for orders of at least 249.00 €. For orders below 249 €, shipping costs of 4.95 € within Germany and 9.95 € to Austria apply, to Switzerland 19.95 €. Shipping costs to other countries vary and will be calculated in the ordering process in the shopping cart. For shipments outside of Europe, shipping costs of 49 € apply for orders below 300 €.

In case of a return, you will not incur any return costs if you use our return label. In the case of "unpaid" or self-franked packages - which are not marked with our return label - you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Thank you for shopping with us! If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer you an easy way to return and exchange through our returns portal. Below we explain how you can quickly and easily make a return.

You can return your goods free of charge within 14 days of delivery. The condition is that the goods are in an unworn, unwashed and perfect condition. We ask you to place a new order for an exchange to a different size, a different item or a different color, and to return your previous order separately.

HOW CAN I RETURN THE SHOES?

To initiate a return, please use our returns portal. This is the fastest and easiest way to create a return label.

The return label is included with your order, but does not need to be filled out. Please simply place it together with the items to be returned in the package. This will allow us to process your return faster.

PROCESSING OF RETURNS

Once your return has been received and checked by us, we will take care of processing your exchange request as quickly as possible. Depending on availability, we will send you the new shoes. If your desired model is currently not available in your size, we will contact you immediately. In case of a refund, the timing of the repayment may vary depending on the payment method. For refunds via credit card, you will usually find the transaction on the credit card statement of the following month. We have no control over the billing date of your statement.
